Step 1: browse through our site and when you find an item you would like to purchase simply click the button for that item. 
Items with different variations, or multiple items pictured together have ain front of them. Just click the box to mark the item or items you want and then click the button to add the selected items to your shopping cart.
To view or change the contents of your shopping cart at any time, click  button on the bottom of the navigation menu on the left side of each page. Note: No information is transmitted until you make your final check out, so you may add or remove items at any time while browsing. 
Step 2: When you're all done shopping click the button, and follow the directions on the screen. You can cancel your order at any time.

Wildwood Farms currently offers the following shipping methods via UPS:
 • UPS Ground  (USA) 
 • UPS Canada Ground Standard 
 

 • All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Most UPS ground orders (within the continental U.S.) will be received within 7 - 10 business days. 
In the event that we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you via e-mail.

 • Customers' credit cards are not charged until the product has been shipped.  If a check is used for payment, the product will ship  as soon as the bank has cleared the check.

• By credit card online: The order is shipped to the cardholders address.
• Gift order by credit card online: Your order is shipped to a different address than the card holders
• By credit card using FAX: (Printer & Fax machine required.) Your order information is displayed on a page that you can print and fax to us at (815)589-4286 be sure to include your credit card information.
• By check/money order via U.S. Postal Service: Your order information is displayed on a page that you can print and mail along with your check or money order. (printer required)
• By credit card via U.S. Postal Service: Your order information is displayed on a page that you can print and send to us along with your credit card information.
• Order by phone: Call us at (815)589-3366 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm CST Monday through Friday. Have you product numbers ready.

 • Returned items must be in re-saleable condition and include all original packaging. When returning or exchanging an item, please call us at (815) 589-3366 during our regular business hours for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.  • Wildwood Farms cannot pay for return shipping charges, or credit shipping charges already paid,  unless we have made a shipping error, or the item is delivered damaged. All returns, including any
credits applied for return shipping charges, will be credited to your Mastercard or Visa card. If you have paid by check, a refund check will be issued to you. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit to your statement
